QUESTION #1: Do your officers pass a background check?

A: Yes they do. All our officers are licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and as such, have passed a check with the FBI. This check is performed every 3 years on each officer. As our client, any time you would like to see our security officer’s license, just ask the officer at your location and they will be glad to show you.

QUESTION #2: Is your company licensed, bonded and insured?

A: Absolutely! Our agency is licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety (Lic. # 1000108) and we’re fully insured and bonded. Once again, as our client, it would be our privilege to share this documentation with you for your piece of mind.

A: We maintain a mobile inspection team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please remember, we are a state-wide agency. Our field supervisors travel throughout the valley and are posted in key cities in Arizona to conduct inspections on all our officers however remote their location may be.
